Intro to AI for K-12 Educators, , Join Common Sense Media and OpenAI for an engaging AI literacy workshop designed specifically for K-12 educators. This interactive session will provide foundational knowledge of generative AI models like ChatGPT-exploring how they're built, their transformative potential, and critical insights into their responsible use. We'll dive into tangible classroom use cases, discussing both opportunities and challenges, so educators feel prepared to explore AI and how it can benefit their classrooms.
AIforCA
AIforCA, a project of CSforCA, is dedicated to supporting teaching and learning about AI in California. We are hosting an event on National AI Literacy day to build teacher's AI literacy called ""What Teachers Need to Know about AI"". The event will feature a series of lightning talks on special topics about AI from our members, followed by Q&A and roundtable discussion about what teachers want to know about AI and how it relates to their classrooms.
