America's Youth AI Festival

The America's Youth AI Festival celebrates the creativity, leadership, and innovation of students across the United States who are shaping the future of AI. This year’s theme is empowering America's youth to aspire and inspire through AI innovation, shaping the next 50 years of technological leadership and creativity.

Participants will engage in one or more of the following national challenges:

• Student Senate on AI Policy - Two student senators from every state will convene at the Edward M. Kennedy Institute to debate and draft a K-12 AI policy for the use of AI in schools.

• AI for a Better World - Five student teams from across the country will present at the MIT Media Lab, showcasing innovative ways AI can be used to improve our communities and the planet.

• Me, Myself, and AI - Fifteen student artists will exhibit AI-inspired visual works at the MIT Museum, depicting their vision of themselves and the nation's future over the next 50 years.

• AI LIVE! - Five student groups will perform original AI-inspired works in music, dance, or theater at the Edward and Joyce Linde Music Building at MIT.

• Careers in AI - Explore the future of work through interactive workshops, industry panels, and networking with AI professionals and researchers at the MIT Media Lab. (ongoing events)
