Human-Centered AI School Leadership

In partnership with National AI Literacy Day, the Human Intelligence Movement will host an interactive webinar. As artificial intelligence rapidly enters classrooms, schools face an important reality: we have been slowly removing struggle and genuine thinking from learning for years, and AI has simply made the challenge faster and harder to ignore. The question is not whether to use AI, but whether we are willing to protect the conditions where critical thinking, creativity, and common sense actually develop. Designed for K–12 leaders, educators, and innovators, this engaging session will explore how human-centered leadership can guide responsible AI adoption while strengthening the uniquely human capabilities students need most. Participants will examine research on future-ready skills, consider the shift from rigid AI policies to flexible guidelines, and discuss practical ways to integrate AI in ways that support meaningful learning. Through reflection and discussion, attendees will explore how schools can ensure AI serves as a tool that amplifies human intelligence and prepares students for both human flourishing and workforce readiness.
