About the Event

Reimagining AI in Education - Asking the Right Questions

AI is reshaping education in ways we are only beginning to understand. This event invites educators, parents, students, and key decision-makers to engage in deep, participant-driven conversations about AI’s evolving role in learning. Rather than focusing on fear or hype, we aim to elevate the most meaningful and pressing questions that must be asked to ensure AI enhances—rather than diminishes—learning, creativity, and human connection.

Using Open Space Technology, we will create an interactive, collaborative forum where participants set the agenda, bringing forward their own insights, experiences, and questions. This structure ensures discussions are relevant, meaningful, and emergent, capturing what matters most to those in the room.

What to Expect

Participant-Driven Conversations

Instead of a rigid speaker lineup, this event empowers participants to shape the discussions. Attendees will propose topics, form breakout groups, and engage in organic, real-time exploration of AI’s role in education.

Framing the Dialogue

AI in Learning and Teaching – How are students and educators using AI?

Beyond the Classroom – What does AI in education mean for the future workforce?

Ethics & Equity – What are the opportunities and challenges in ensuring that AI serves every learner and community, with benefits reaching all parts of society?

Human-Centered AI – How do we keep education focused on relationships, creativity, and curiosity?

Seeding the Conversation

To spark discussion, we will open with an interactive pulse check using visual prompts, picture cards, and reflection questions. From there, participants will propose discussion topics, forming breakout sessions based on shared interests.

Who Should Attend

This event is designed for anyone invested in the future of learning:

Parents & Educators – Gain clarity on the right questions to ask when engaging with schools about AI.

Students – Share first-hand experiences and insights on AI’s impact on learning.

Corporate & Chamber of Commerce Leaders – Contribute perspectives on workforce readiness and the role of AI in the future of work.

Policymakers – Participate in discussions that shape AI-related education policies.

Foundations & Venture Capitalists – Explore opportunities to support innovation at the intersection of AI and education.

Why Open Space Technology?

Open Space Technology allows for self-organized, dynamic discussions where the most important conversations naturally emerge. Rather than a pre-set agenda, participants create it together, ensuring the event is engaging, relevant, and actionable. The outcome? Collective Wisdom that moves beyond surface-level debates into thoughtful, future-focused discussions about how AI can meaningfully support learners.
