Secondary Student Buddy

On National AI Literacy Day, Theresa McSweeney from the Boise School District in Boise, Idaho, invites 7th - 12th grade students to participate in Study Buddy AI, designed to explore metacognitive strategies when using AI study tools.

Attendees will gain experience with what metacognition means, inquiry development, and build their own NotebookLM Study Buddy. All attendees must have access to NotebookLM. Ask your IT department for more information about this tool. Please be sure all students have access to the Idaho website.

Study Buddy AI will help you better understand AI and how you can engage with it responsibly and confidently.
