A series of nationwide affiliate events will bring together organizations for learning and entertainment and to showcase important work. National AI Literacy Day will feature two live events in Washington, D.C. and Silicon Valley.

Half-Day Innovation Challenge with Guest Speaker from OpenAI
BMCC's AI Literacy Day event is a hands-on, student-focused event designed to showcase the power of artificial intelligence as a tool for solving real-world problems. The centerpiece of the day is an AI Innovation Sprint, where students will collaborate in teams to create AI-centered solutions that address challenges in sustainability, business, and social equity.ASTEM.ORG will engage STEM professionals, teachers, and students in an AI ChatBot Hack and encourage them to participate in building a Smart Workforce Education Ecosystems.

How Do We Develop Students' AI Literacy?
Join us for a session to review the Day of AI units: What is AI? and How Do Machines Learn? This session will provide you with lessons and activities to teach your students about AI. Please make sure to review the two units before the session: dayofai.org/curriculum, Audience: Educators who are NEW to artificial intelligence (AI).
Factors Education
This event will focus on Agentic Ai and how it can be used to help educators and admin develop and measure durable/human skills in schools. The world of Ai is changing everyday and this session will present the latest information on Ai technologies and how it will shape the future of education. We know that the current method of assessment and pedagogy in classrooms is not preparing students for the future. Join to learn how you can meet your curriculum standards while still preparing students for the future workforce!
